At Star Photography we are proud of the quality we offer. Unfortunately, occasionally, things can go wrong. We will do everything we are able to put things right. All we ask is that you tell us what is wrong and give us 14 days to put it right.

We are so focussed on customer satisfaction that, if we are unable to correct the problem, simply return any goods and we will provide a 100% refund.
